I have already contacted OF but they just sent me back copy-pasted information that didn't answer my question. I got a notification that I needed to update my verification, but apparently the process has changed and now they use some company called Ondata. I went to verify but a couple of clicks in I was met with a blank white page that never loaded anything. I tried turning off adblock and VPN and it still doesn't work. I didn't even get to the point where I got the privilege of turning over my personal information to a company I've never heard of. (Google Chrome on Windows 10 if that helps)
