1-on-1 cam sessions via OF

I did search the previous posts on this topic but got conflicting answers.

I know that it is against OF terms of service to pull people off of the OF platform ("let's talk on whatsapp"! or whatever). Of course they don't want you using OF to then go on whatsapp and arrange payment for services outside of OF, because they miss out on their cut.

So...is there a way to do a 1-on-1 cam session via OF? I don't know how to do that outside of livestream, where I can't see the other person, and anyone on my OF page at that time could pop into the session.

Or are 1-on-1 cam sessions completely against OF TOS?
