I posted here last week some time about some trouble I've been having with trying to get a release form approved for my partner. I've probably submitted 5-6 release forms for him and every single one has been rejected because of "wrong or missing information". We've been pulling our hair out because no matter what collection of information we enter in, it garners the same response.

So I opened a ticket on OF support to try and find out if theres a technical problem or if we were missing something. And the "support" person has been utterly useless. No matter what I've said to her, the response has been the same every time:

"Thanks for reaching out. Upon review, the current Release form was filled out incorrectly. The participant is required to provide accurate ID details. Please create and send a new Release form by link to the corresponding participant"

I expressed that we have tried all the details he has available and none of them work. I even ask if she's able to disclose in the ID type used initially was ID or Passport number. Sent her a screenshot of the form he filled out and asked for more specific details on what was incorrect. And every time its the same response!!

My last message to her stated that I was unsatisfied with the support she was providing, that it was unhelpful and her responses were becoming increasingly frustrating. And wanna know what she said???

And then she closed the ticket...

I'm ready to put my head through a window. I refuse to believe that someone is this dense and it has to be some kind of bot or AI generated response.
