How to refund a sub?

Hey there. Long story short a custom order got flagged by OF.. My fault. I completely missed the bit about "bodily fluids".. in this case, pee.
The sub already paid me half upfront before I made the video..
I wanna do right by him and refund him, and for the life of me cannot find out how, which feels really sly from OF..
Any ideas?
If by chance it's somehow impossible, I'll offer him another chance for a custom order.. but still.. It feels fair to refund him...
