Having an assistant helped me crush it on OF
Post Body

so, i’m on hiatus right now, but i was on OF for a few years, and let me tell you – the best decision i ever made was hiring an assistant. seriously, if you’re thinking about it, here’s your sign. i wouldn’t have hit my peak without one.

when i first started, i was doing everything myself: filming, editing, posting, chatting, coming up with new ideas, promos, collabs – the whole grind. at first, it was fine, but as my account grew, it became way too much. i was burnt out and struggling to scale up.

then i brought on my assistant, and they completely turned things around for me. here’s what they did:

schedule management: they helped me create a consistent posting schedule that actually worked for my audience. no more scrambling to figure out what to post last minute or going weeks without updates.

content ideas & scripts: they wrote out concepts for photoshoots, captions, and even mini storyline ideas for videos. it kept my content fresh and creative without me having to brainstorm 24/7.

sub interactions: they handled most of the general chats with subs – like answering basic questions, sending PPV messages, and handling requests. anything personal or specific was still me, but having them take over the day-to-day convos saved me so much time.

marketing & promos: they helped me set up promos with other creators, plan sales, and even run ads. they were always researching what worked best, so I could focus on the creative side.

tracking revenue: this was a game-changer. they kept track of what kind of content made the most money, what promos brought in the most subs, and where I should focus my energy. it was like having a little business manager, and it showed in my earnings.

the years i had my assistant were by far the most profitable. not just bc of the extra help, but bc i could put all my focus into what i actually loved – creating content. my revenue was consistent, i was hitting my goals, and i wasn’t stressed out 24/7.

if you’re serious about growing on OF, an assistant can take you from hustling nonstop to actually working smarter. it’s 100% worth it if you’re ready to level up. 🙌
