I received 3 copyright infringements and I don't know what to do

I got 3 warnings from reddit about copyright infringements.
I don't want to file an appeal because I don't want them to get my personal info.
I contacted Rulta for help but they said they can't help me because this is not a case where someone stole my content.
Can anyone please help me or does anyone have any advice?
