first time w ppv messages, my content is unblurred when i send the message. is that bc it’s on my end as a sender, or am i doing something wrong?

there was an option to click my images and idk what it does other than highlight them in a blue box. i did that, send the message and i could c my content unblurred. i unclicked to not have them in the blue box, and same issue. What does the blue box highlighting the images even do??
