i retired almost a year ago but there's a twitter catfish of me. not receiving money for it.
Post Body

as the title says. i left the industry almost a year ago, and was swiping on tinder and a man i matched with said he's been dming me on twitter. my stomach immediately dropped. i had gotten a few dms saying i looked familiar to them but thought nothing of it. he sends me the username and reports it and i look into it. they're using my photos, and are pretending to be me down to naming my cats and creating a whole imaginary life as me. they aren't collecting money. they're just posting old content over and over and they have a decent following. this terrifies me because men that are local to me are finding it and it makes things really unsafe for me. i don't know what to do. i reported it to twitter AND id verified but they don't seem to me doing anything. any advice would be helpful. i'm so unsettled because this isn't a scam, they're trying to adopt what they interpret to be my life.
