Question about getting approved for a mortgage using OF income
Post Body

If lenders go by the last two years of tax returns with OF and I had a full time office job last year alongside my OF income…do I need to tell them that part of my income on my taxes last year was from my office job? Or is it separate already? Like can I show just my 1099 income on my tax documents?

I’m not sure how to explain it to them like do I need to explain I quit? Why I quit? Cause technically it’ll look like a loss of income no? Sorry I’m clueless on this and really shouldn’t be.
