Hi,

I've tried submitting everything 4 times and I am still getting rejected. I only posted an instagram account. It's me and two other guys. Our photos are clear and the ID's are readable. The OF profile pic and the instagram pfp are the same too. It doesn't make sense, and I'm at a loss at what to do because everything is clear, legible, unedditted, and within the file type and file size range. Please help--any tips, or support I can contact?

    1. Missing or poor quality image of a government issued, non-expired photo ID or passport.

    Images may not be edited, cropped or re-sized; must be in color; all 4 corners of the document must be visible. Files must be .PNG or .JPG format and under 7MB in size. Submitted documents must be a photo or a scanned copy. Electronic documents or a photo of a photo will be rejected.

    2. Submitted account application for 2 or more Creators; additional documents are required. The account holder must submit 1) a full-frame image of a government-issued, non-expired photo ID/passport for all participants, 2) a selfie holding the same government-issued, non-expired photo ID/passport for all account participants.
