I just got married, and am in happy newlywed bliss… :) My husband has been supportive of my cam model/ OF model career since we met 5 years ago, even though he struggles with some jealousy and the general stigma of SW from time to time. I was wondering if any of you beautiful people are in relationships or marriages and have discovered things that have helped your partner cope with you doing this work?

My husband is from a conservative small town, and may be a little sheltered, but is open-minded and willing to learn and grow more accepting of the industry, and I also could use some tips in setting boundaries online and separating it out in my mind a bit more as a business so it doesn’t ever feel like I’m betraying my husband. I’ve never had an emotional connection with a customer, or met any of them in person or chatted for free or anything like that, but I still feel a little guilty sometimes just for performing, and sometimes I want to shield my husband from knowing exactly what is said and done in my cam rooms, custom videos, private shows and OF dms, just so it doesn’t hurt him or make him sad.

Can anyone relate?
