Mass producing content before vacation

Iām going on a vacation that will last about three months and i want to post while im there so i have to pre make everything beforehand i am leaving in three weeks how would you do it? I need to make about 56 videoes and take 140 pictures. I am so scared it will become to repetitive and boring so does anyone have any advice? Not just that but how am i supposed to have the concentration and stamina for this.
