I want to start video calls

I've been on of for a while but I had never dared to make a video call because 95% of my followers speak English. I'm not good with English pronunciation and it bothers me to be in a vc and not know how to answer. I have seen that there are people who make video calls without speaking, is that possible? The demand for vc is increasing more and more so I am getting excited but the truth is I lack information. How do you do it? Where do they do it? What are the times they have to make video calls? Help
