hi guys :) I’m a Canadian OF creator who receives my payouts thru Payana, VFX and most recently, Masspay.

My issue is - I’m in the process of getting approved for a mortgage. I’ve shown them all the proof of income I possibly can - OF invoices and bank statements. But they are asking for documents showing the payments going from OF to the third party payment company (like VFX). I was able to get them from Masspay, but still need them from VFX and Payana. I’ve contacted their customer service, as well as OF support.

Does anyone know how to get these documents? This is really urgent as I’ve already purchased the house and need these documents to secure financing. Any help would be greatly appreciated ❤️
