Partner waivers

I am SO FRUSTRATED I have made a ton of content that I can't post because only fans keeps denying the partners that I have fucked from being approved creators or they don't want to accept their waivers...
I also want to be able to use their content on fansly that I just got up and running and how do I transfer the waivers and be able to use them cross platform ?
Can I do a generic waiver I can use for all of my platforms ? That they will accept ?
Any advice ?
