is anyone having trouble uploading videos in OF messages?

Hello guys, I'm trying to send out a nine minute video that is already paid for but every time my phone almost finishes the download (which takes like 20 minutes) it times out and refreshes the page. I've tried clearing storage on my phone but I'm not sure if this is an internal error within the server. Does anyone know away around this or experienced a technical issue like this? TIA

I think it has to do with how much storage you have left on your phone. Check your storage and delete some stuff and see if it’s any better!
