Issues uploading?

Has anyone else been having issues getting videos to upload? I’ll get the wheel that just keeps going and going and then eventually errors out OR I can’t even get the content to begin to upload. I’ve tried different browsers, different devices, logging out then back in. Can’t even get a 30sec video to upload, let alone a 3-4 minute custom. Starting to get very inconvenient.
