Telegram safe for NSFW content ?

I offer a Dropbox and with a private snap for those who don’t want OF. I age verify all my buyers and don’t sell to anyone who won’t verify or if the verification seems sus (blocked immediately). But I keep getting banned on snap and I’m over it. Is telegram totally safe for NSFW content, meaning it’s not against their rules ? Thinking of moving my private snap to that.
