Forgive me if this has been asked before, I tried to search this idea but it was all people who wanted to do it and had never actually followed through.

I don't have a mansion but I do have an awesome house and backyard in a popular Florida city. I have a hot tub, nice kitchen, beautiful turf, patio and landscaping in a private backyard, covered porch, bar area, comfy furniture etc. It's a lot of house for just me and I don't really want to rent out one of my rooms so I was thinking of other ways I could put it to use.

I also have access to this condo communities resort style pool overlooking the ocean which is like 2 mins from my house, access to boats and jet skis.

Could I theoretically help people make content and take a cut of their pay? I also have video shooting and editing skills so I think it could help some people level up their content creation a bit. I've made NSFW content before but only privately.

Just an idea I had this morning, what you think?
