Low Video quality when uploading on OF

I have been struggling with the quality of my videos after I post them on OF. It drastically changes the quality most of the time and drop it very low. I heard that some people suggest to post with phone, and Ive been doing that since, but still not satisfied by the quality. Do you have the same issue and how do you overcome it? Thanks! Also is other similar platforms the same?
