How much do you sell the fantasy?

I want to create an OF based around a niche fantasy, how much would you sell the fantasy as real? For example: if the fantasy was 'vampires' would you create the page selling yourself as an actual vampire and telling people your biting content is real so people can immerse themselves in that world? or would you sell it as a kink we are all into together, saying that your content is enhanced but this is a safe space to enjoy it and have fun with a like minded person?
