OF allows PPV purchases, but not tipping. PLEASE HELP

Hey everyone!
I think there's an issue with my OF. It is allowing people to subscribe and purchase PPV content. However, it is not allowing people to tip on posts or in the chat.
I have gone through the settings line-by-line, and have tried Googling the issue, but have found nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?
