What am I doing wrong?

What am I doing wrong as I have been at this for a a little over 60 days and I have not had any success with any sub paying for anything type of service, very little to no subs joining my OF, and insta, etc…
I hear so many say “ I have been on for 2 weeks and have made 1000.00 each week ” etc… whats the deal here.
This isn’t a I’m salty message it’s more of resource and looking for some insights.
Any tips, tricks, pointers, etc… would be much appreciated.
