The way my OF is ran is no PPV after a $20 subscription and I send most of the content to the DMs and I occasionally post a photo on the main feed every once in a while to say ācheck your messages I sent you somethingā. Problem is, I noticed quite a few people who have literally never opened my messages. I feel bad because I donāt want them to feel scammed or something, Iāve never had any complaints but theyāre missing out on tons of content. My main feed rarely gets any posts and itās usually something pretty sfw meanwhile the DMs get the super nsfw daily content, and theyāre only seeing my main feed it seems. No matter how many times I post ācheck your messagesā it doesnāt work for some. I have in my bio in all caps āCONTENT SENT TO MESSAGESā. I have a pinned post with a picture saying donāt forget to check your messages and a caption explaining again that thatās where all the good stuff is. Im not sure what to do at this point. How do I get them to just open their messages? Itāll be their entire subscription starts and ends and not once did they open their messages. Edit: I'm not trying to give advice on how to run an Onlyfans account, I was just clarifying how I run mine so that I don't get comments saying that ppl not reading messages is normal because opening messages is essential to how I run my account. Some people seemed to misinterpret what I said as advice.
You need to imagine the situation of the average OnlyFans user.
He's subscribed to 100 pages. Maybe more. Most will be agencies, that's the current reality.
Agencies will send a mass message EVERY 30 minutes (I'm horny, how are you, show me your dick...)
So the average guy will work through the week and, finally, is horny. Logs in to OnlyFans, and has:
100 pages x an average of 40 messages per day x he's been working for 5 days -- 2000 messages.
Don't take it personally. I have a similar strategy, and around 1/6 of my fans actually open my messages (free account)
Source: Before having an OnlyFans, I was a user (a paying one!) and I understand the obsession with following free accounts in hopes of finding a decent creator. At some point I don't care anymore about nudes or "I'm horny", and I'm looking for personality.
This seems like an odd strategy. No PPV generally means that ALL content goes to the main feed. Iād change your tactics, especially if it isnāt even working for you.
When I had 100-200 subs, that was the case too!
May I ask how many fans do you have vs how many fans opened your last mass message?
They don't remember you. You're just another pair of tits/another pussy. 90% of my subs get confused regarding who I am, because I, sometimes, publish stuff with friends.
And I have OVER 3000 elements (photos, videos...) on my feed.
They just don't care.
Yes, a few 10% will look for you, wait for your messages or even pin your conversation to make sure they don't miss a thing.
But the average user won't!
But.. You do understand if, out of 800, 100 chat with you daily/weekly, you're still in the 1/8th range - which is not bad/not good.
I have 7000 subscribers, and around 1000 of them open the mass messages (and I do NOT spam at all)
When you say "many", you need to check numbers. Without statistics and data, you just have your "hunch". But well, depends if you wanna be top % or you don't care about the job, of course!
OnlyFans can be a hobbie, but it is a job (and a hobbie) to me =)

I love this detailed explanation and really appreciate it!! I think we all have different strategies, but I feel like this is an awesome idea!! Iām with the other comment about not worrying about the subscribers that donāt check the messages!! They probably wouldnāt be long term for any account and they still received plenty of content from your reg page!
