Is posting on X Twitter good for gaining followers for onlyfans?

So I'm trying to gain back my followers after I got kicked off OF for about a year I got it back in beginning of May, but i lost all my followers all my content is still there. I've not post so much on Twitter but some people are saying that it's good to post and you can gain alot of followers on Twitter.. has anyone used Twitter for engagement for Onlyfans and is it working for you?
