Could anyone please help me? I'll take any advice I can get. For some reason I keep getting logged out of my account. It's the first time this has ever happened. Everytime I click a new tab or switch to a new screen I'm logged out within 1 minute.

Things to know:

1. Right before this happened the page wasn't loading so I cleared my browsers cache and cookies

2. I've tried to restart the computer, clear browsers and cleared the cache

3. Chrome still doesn't work (I keep getting logged out), but Firefox now knows.

4. Oh yea, and I read somewhere that someone said to change the account's password so I did that too.

I still keep getting logged out. I don't want to use Firefox, I want to use a different browser. Can anyone please help me?
