So a mod messaged me yesterday from a sub I had just posted in. He said “Thank you for posting in my sub!” I should have ignored it because I have so many messages it’s easy to say I didn’t see it. I messaged back and said “Of course! Thank you for modding the sub.” And then he came right back with “So beautiful where are you from? What are you up to?” It just instantly made me uncomfortable. I was like bro why are you asking where I’m from, this is not match.com! You can see my page, see I have an of, and see that I promo a lot of places. Like why tf are you messaging me like that just cause I posted in your sub, how many women do you do that to? I was just like ugh I have to reject this dude and pray that he doesn’t get upset enough to kick me out of the sub. I know not all dudes are crazy like that, but I’ve interacted with enough crazy dudes to know some react like that. It’s fine if he did kick me out, I have like 60 other subs on my list. I’ve interacted with two mods before. One asked me to post in his sub and I said yes, and another guy I had to ask to be approved and he was chill. Anyways now I’m just going to be using modmail and now if someone messages me like that I’m just going to pretend not to see it. I’m fine but I just hope mods don’t creep on people like that.
