Hello and thanks in advance for reading this.
I have a TikTok acount and it was doing well for a week with SFW and funny original content gaining dozens of followers a day.
Last night tiktok said " try promote" and I figured what's the worst that could happen I'll try it once.
They gave a list of videos from the past week suitable for promotion and I picked one from that list, bought the coins and paid to have it promoted.
Now it seems the video isn't original enough or too low quality suddenly. It isn't being promoted and I've had no engagement on anything when I was getting between 300 and at most 20k views. No refund and no idea what to do.
Should I wait for an appeal or just delete the video and consider it all lost to a scam?
It was an original comedy video using free use visuals btw and had been up a week with fairly positive responses.
