Does anyone know how to get rid of red bumps when they’re already there?

I found an excellent detailed guide on how to shave and not get razor bumps, does anyone know how to get rid of them when they’re there? I usually and hairy and shaved everything last week and my ass is triggering me 😭😭 Everything I find online is preemptive, and I’m taking a ton of pics this week.
