X shadowban advice

Pretty sure I’m being lightly shadowbanned on twitter because I was posting my OF link under every one of my posts. That’s the only thing that’s changed recently and now my posts get far less engagement and eyes on them. Is there any secret as to how to get any type of ban lifted? Stop posting for a few days? Thanks so much.

When you say chill for a bit, does that mean not post anything or just calm tf down since my nerves are all shot from being stressed over it lol.

Thanks for breaking that down further for me, I appreciate it. I’m also considering- after I started to notice the shadowban I changed my profile name to include my OF & Fansly % do you think that in anyway could impact a shadowban?
