Balance still pending after a week?

I'm waiting on my first payout from OF and the balance is still pending after a week (from 4/8). Is this normal? I started my account about 2 weeks ago, so I would have thought I'd get at least 1 weekly payout by now. I've reached out to support but not response yet.
