How long do you wait to do your payouts?

So I am still pretty new to OF, and have not yet taken any money from my account. So far I have around $50, and another $220 being processed. I am not sure when to take the money, or if I should turn on automatic payouts. Are there upsides/downsides to doing either manual or automatic?
