I’ve been an OF creator for 3 years and still hold a vanilla job. My partner has 2 kids and is in the middle of a custody battle with his ex and she spent the whole first hearing presenting evidence about me and how I’m a danger to the kids because of OF and a sex positive instagram site I have where I discuss relationships, sex and polyamory. She took a bunch of out of context screen shots and the judge ruled that I’m not allowed to be near the kids and that they cannot visit the house we live in, even if I’m not there, because we live together. For the last 2 years I’ve traveled with the kids, they have met my family, and I’ve developed a strong relationship with the youngest kid and now I’m scared a NC southern judge can decide I’m not ever allowed near them. I realize only 20 years ago Sharon stone got her kids taken away for the movie Basic Instinct…

Does anyone else have custody experience as an OF creator? She has obviously allowed them around me for years and knew about OF the whole time but now suddenly she wrote it into the final agreement that “I’m not allowed near them during any visitations” and I hope the judge won’t accept that but I have my doubts.

She also doxxed me in the court documents sharing my legal name and sexworker name and address and phone in a legal court record which makes me feel uneasy and now this…
