Legal gambling site for friends in my racing league?

My friends and I have a non-gambling fantasy racing league. On the side, we would like to do a weekly pool "quick pick" style game. We would take $5 entry fees and the winner takes all. I quickly learned that PayPal prohibits accepting funds for this type of activity, so I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for us? Thanks in advance.
