It's funny to me that I find myself realizing that every time I try to post something original here I end up typing out things I've read here before. One could take that as unoriginality or maybe it speaks to a shared experience.... shrug.... anywho... As I've said in previous posts, my lack of success coupled with the rising number of straight up ghostings has me battling discouragement but I'm trying to muscle through and trying to believe that ... somewhere out there... there is someone that I can form a connection with.

About me: I live in Arkansas. I’m married with no kids and one dog; a yellow lab named Buddy. I’ve got all the usual stuff. Dead bedroom…. Roommate situation… yadda yadda yadda but I love my wife. I won’t bash her and don’t plan on changing my situation or yours. I have a shaved head and a beard. Definitely on the smaller end of the dad bod category but I'm working on myself and am well on my way to achieving some of my health goals. I’m an IT professional and a general Nerd of various kinds. I have only recently (in the last 3-4 years) been diagnosed with ADHD and I've got all that neurodivergent spiciness. I don't game much other than things that help scratch my ADHD brain like power washing simulator (LOL), Rollercoaster Tycoon, Animal Crossing, and City Skylines. I love catching feelings. I love photography ( I used to do it professionally but now it's just a hobby) and most all other forms of artistic expression. I have way too few or way too many Lego sets depending on who you ask. A good documentary really gets me going. I'm a firm believer in Mark Twain's idea that there is no such thing as an uninteresting subject, just uninterested people. I love making cocktails and have a nice home bar. I picked up Disc Golf during covid and i've been enjoying that. I love to travel, especially to Europe. I am very sarcastic and liberal. I have only recently (in the last 3-4 years) been diagnosed with ADHD and I've got all that neurodivergent spiciness. And hey, if you're into '90s pop culture as much as I am, we'll definitely hit it off. We can bond over our mutual love for grunge/alt/britpop music, binge-watching Seinfeld reruns, or debating whether *NSYNC or Backstreet Boys reign supreme (it's definitely *NSYNC, by the way). I'm a huge fan of the West Wing (and anything else Arron Sorkin) and I absolutely love Ted Lasso.

About you: You tell me! I'm not into putting too many limitations on this. The connection is what matters. I'm attracted to many different things physically. But the non negotiable are a quick wit, a great sense of humor, speaking fluent sarcasm, MATCHING MY ENERGY, and a desire to catch the feels/butterflies. I definitely want things on the spicy end of the spectrum but I also just want someone who's cute and fun to talk to who can hold a conversation and is as excited to message me as I am to message them.

I would definitely love this to turn into something physical so local is a plus but I'm not against something online only if the connection is right.
