Hi all,
I was looking for a new home after ASAP shut down and decided to look at Bohemia. I made one transaction for 1.5 Monero to make a purchase and this went smoothly (it has arrived and been finalised) but a few minutes after I'd made that order I realised I wanted something else.
I deposited another 1.5 Monero into my wallet on the site which has arrived and I can see it in there, but when I try to make a purchase I get an error stating that my account is frozen until further notice.
Because of this I can't make any more purchases or even remove the money. It's been two weeks now since I opened a support ticket and I haven't had anything back (aside from a 'we have your ticket and it's gone to the relevant team').
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might be able to fix this, other than just continuing to wait? I was going to check the Bohemia page on Dread but I'm struggling to get on there.

Uhhh, you’re not supposed to deposit crypto to the same address like, ever, this is pretty much a rule in every darknet site. You gotta cycle those addresses.
You should reach out to support asap; good chance at least one of the deposits is gone even if this is not a phish
