I'm not talking about when they list ingredients like paprika but fail to mention that 75% of the dish is onion. And I think the servers are wonderful. I'm talking about when you ask for no onion and the chef maliciously adds 3x onions. I've been polite so far but from now I'm going to just get up and leave.
In fields of green, the onion grows,
With layers that hide secrets untold.
Its pungent smell and savory taste,
A culinary delight that cannot be replaced.
Sweet and sharp, a flavor divine,
Rich and versatile, in dishes you'll find.
Caramelized in a pan, it sings with delight,
Adding depth and magic to every bite.
In soups and stews, salads and more,
The humble onion stands strong and sure.
A culinary gem, a treasure so sweet,
In every dish, its tasteful presence we greet.
