Well. I got rained on. A lot. Now what?

Got caught out in some rain. Enough to cause pooling and some deep puddles here and there. I carried it across the bigger rivers, but I’m sure plenty of water got into the important bits. Total ride around 6 miles. Exposure time of 30-ish minutes. Is there a specific way I should set it to make sure it drains? Can/should I charge it? Thanks in advance.
