I just got my on wheel and I'm in love. Since right before I purchased my one wheel I started doing research and just feel in love with the concept of a personal electric vehicle.
It does beg to question what will eventually happen with these vehicles? So the way I see it is two things are highly likely. They will continue to gain in popularity and more and more people will have them or they will die off as a passing fad.
If they grow in popularity I think local governments will step in and put restrictions ok these vehicles. The might be good but likely will cause some pain. I could envision that with the speed of electric unicycles you could even see speed restrictions.
What do you guys think? Will we see more and more legislation as personal electric vehicle grow in popularity? If so what would you like to see? Or will these things eventually just die off?
