How do I make OnePlus 8 Pro use the default app icon instead of pulling from the Oxygen of Hydrogen icon packs?

New owner here.
Basically, when I download an app, the icon packs are assigning some of the apps an outdated icon. I'd like to just be using the icon that came with the app by default, but I can't find a way to.
edit: Wow. Figured it out. If you just manually uninstall the icon packs it reverts to normal.
