Phone Call Bug Switching between cellular and wifi

Has anyone else noticed an annoying bug on OnePlus 6T 9.0.13 where if you switch from Wifi to cellular or backwards while on a call you can never make another call until you restart you phone?

You can see the issue through WhatsApp, Slack, and FB Messenger where it just shows "connecting" but will never connect regardless of the person on the other end.. Likewise you can't accept calls. It's like the original connection is never closed.

Happy to capture Wildcat logs or anything further if it would help to track and fix this.
