Permanent way to disable touch screen issues!
Post Body

I have been messing around with my OPO (again...) all day today and I stumbled across something that will be extremely helpful to you guys!
I am running cm12.1 (20150529) with the AK kernel version 270, I did have touch screen issues and since I flashed the following rom and kernel a while back they have been fixed! But today I was messing around with fastboot and I "enabled" the charger screen with the command "fastboot oem enable-charger-screen". Big mistake....
This made it say that the charger screen is enabled in the OEM device info but this command made my screen go crazy after I rebooted into android! Once I disabled it with the command " fastboot oem disable-charger-screen" my screen was perfect again!

So I flashed stock cm12 and my device was pretty hot which made my screen go crazy, I went into fastboot and "disabled" the charger screen with the command "fastboot oem disable-charger-screen" and my screen was perfectly fine again! Although the charger screen when the device is off is still actually always enabled regardless of what you have this set to...

I hope this helps people out because this fixed things permanently for me on ANY rom so far (tested with CM12.1, Cyanogen OS 12 and Oxygen OS 1.0.0)

EDIT: Fixed the commands (missed out the OEM part by mistake)
