Earlier today I had my remote session with OnePlus because of my touchscreen issues and a weird orange tint to the left side if my screen and the bottom which looked like it was burnt almost! Thankfully they told me that they would replace my phone!! Will I need to send them my phone before I get my replacement? Or will I be able to swap the phone with the courier right at my front door? They give me the new one and I give them my one for them to take back right at my front door. Please can anyone that has dealt with this process explain to me what happened at this point with them? Thank you very much.
