Crash Pandas Expansion

After talking with Grant Howitt in the AMA this past week, I was inspired to post the Crash Pandas expansion I wrote.

I did not change any of the original rules, but instead added additional character creation tables, expanded the equipment table, adding new car & race information & rules and added a random rival generator.
