Do you suspect they will release a CR calculator?

It has been mentioned that the CR that is in the MM is not accurate, based on the internal math present within the internal calculators that WoTC uses.
Will we ever get to see the math, or how they derive at said CR? I'd love if they provided info on how to create your own monsters, and how to calculate their CR.
