Is cold the best starfist affinity?

Iām doing a basic-bitch starfist charged R2 build (starfist, cragblade, axe talisman, radagon soreseal, ritual sword and shield talismans, charge and stance tears) and have just reached the endgame and was wondering if cold was the best affinity.
Also if there are any other buffs/items I should use besides what I listed.
