I've just purchase the SYMPL 35 Travel Pack for my upcoming 3 week trip to Japan. Reason being is I like the clean sexy aesthetic most, it's lighter than most flagship onebags and it's versatile in it's travel modes (briefcase/duffel, stowable straps)

I was also looking at the newest updated version of Cotopaxi's Allpa, and despite hating the colour palettes I still think it looks like a really solid bag. Unlike the SYMPL it opens brief case and has a waist belt although I'm not carrying more than 7kgs (no laptop, camera or much tech gear)

Anyone used either bag? Did I make a solid choice?
