Hi Everyone,

In order to speed up going through an airport, I decided that I needed a sling/ crossbody. I already had a Patagonia 1L hip pack but it was a bit small for what I needed. My next step was purchasing a Cotopaxi Kapai 3L but upon receiving it I noticed that it was a lot larger than reported on Cotopaxi’s website.

I measured the width at ~13” compared to the 9” listed on the website. My current plan is to exchange the Kapai 3L for the 1.5L version, but before doing so, I wanted to check with my favorite subreddit.

Does anyone own the Kapai 1.5? How does it measure compared to the stated size on the website? And if you have both sizes, is the 3L more useful when traveling?
