Suggestions for Crawlspace Inspection?

Wife is a bit worried that there's something going on in our crawlspace that's causing a semi-persistent wet patch on our carpet. Before tearing up the carpet I figure it's less destructive to get someone to inspect the crawlspace for damage or water or small gremlins having Super Soaker fights. So, does anyone have any suggestions for a good crawlspace inspector that services Lacey?
