Who should I get to repair my Preonic?

Unfortunately my USB port on my Preonic Rev 3 from Drop is starting to come loose. It’s still connected in the back, but it’s pretty loose and completely off in the front. The connection to my computer is intermittent as well.

I am in no way qualified to try to fix this thing, but hoping for a recommendation or someone who has done it before that would be willing to take it on and fix it. I’m hoping it just needs soldering and epoxy but I’m not sure.

I bought this secondhand so I doubt Drop will help me. I emailed OLKB but haven’t heard back, although it’s only been a few days.

Hoping someone might be able to help!
